Are these questions, or a call for submissions?

Are writers normal mortals, or are we more like vampires… sucking up the essence of people, places, and things around us — to feed our poetry and prose? Do we form memories, or just store writing prompts? Do we have feelings, or just imagine what it’s like to have feelings, and then speculate an idealized, or stylized, version for the page? Do we experience real moments, or just observe scenes — to be written down, or edited — in the future? Do we genuinely connect with people, or are we sketching characters? Do we love, or just immortalize? Are we artists, or liars; authors, or thieves; creators, or spectators? Are we facts that present fictions, or fictions that mimic fact?
